A sharp increase of the minimal salary will not be

The minimum salary will be adjusted for inflation

The Ministry of Finance promises to raise the minimum wage in stages.

The Ministry of Finance argue that the minimum wage be regularly adjusted for inflation and other factors, but a sharp increase is not. In an interview with Business capital said Finance Minister Oleksandr danylyuk.

“It (minimum wage - ed.) is regularly adjusted for inflation and other factors. But the sharp rise will not be”, - said danyluk.

The Minister noted that the increase of the minimal salary up to 7500 UAH would lead to the fact that a large part of the business faded.

“Therefore, it is necessary to distinguish populism from reality. And a responsible approach to such decisions”, - said danyluk.

We will remind, on may 1, Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman said that wage growth finally outstrips price growth
