Applicants from certain regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions (ORDA) and Russia-occupied Crimea in 2017 can enter Ukrainian Higher educational institutions (HEIs) without passing external independent testing (EIT). About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons (Minot).

“How to get documents on General secondary education of the state sample and to enter higher education (universities, institutes, colleges, technical schools) and vocational educational institutions. Attention! Passport, certificate, certificates not required!” – noted in the Ministry.

At present, there are two procedures of entering to Ukrainian Universities for students from the militant-controlled areas of Donbass.

In case of receipt through educational centers, “Donbass-Ukraine” does not require a certificate of testing and diplomas 9 or 11 classes.

These centres will operate from 19 June on the basis of Universities of IDPs in Vinnytsia, Kiev, Dnipro, Bakhmut, Kramatorsk, Kreminna, Krivoy Rog, Konstantinovka, Pokrovsk, Lyman, Lisichansk, Mariupol, Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, Starobelsk, Sumy, Sloviansk, Kharkiv, Torect.

In the educational centers of the pupils of ORDO pass exams in Ukrainian language, Ukraine’s history, and the discipline, the Institution. Upon admission, students of the educational centers will participate in the overall competition along with other applicants.
