The former official proposes to transfer to the Pension Fund ghassemlou.
The former head of NBU, former first Deputy Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov proposes to transfer to the Pension Fund land in state ownership, and thereby to solve the problem of the deficit. About this he wrote on his page in Facebook. According to him, the pension reform proposed by the IMF, does not solve the problem. And the government should show imagination and look for alternative, including custom options.
“Ukraine is in a difficult situation. The Pension Fund deficit has already exceeded all reasonable limits, and to delay the reform can not go on. But, on the other hand, it is clear that many adopted in the West of the scheme we can not work for objective reasons. For example, in the country, in principle, impossible traditional pension system is the money of future pensioners corny nowhere to put it. So I want to encourage our government not to be afraid to experiment,” he wrote.
In particular, according to Arbuzov, you can transfer the Pension Fund all public land with the right of renting on a competitive basis, but without the right of sale.
“It will significantly increase its revenues and for some time it will remove the problem. And this is not the only option available. As I wrote earlier, you can run the funded level of the pension system, investing money, pensioners are not the standard for Western financial instruments, and in the construction of important infrastructure objects of the same subway troieschyna” –said the former official.
We will remind, in December of 2016 Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman said that the Pension Fund deficit is 150 billion.
