Martin Fourcade and OLE Einar Bjoerndalen
Two of the strongest biathlete in history can spend training camp together.
Winner of the overall world Cup Martin Fourcade 2017, invited the legendary Norwegian OLE Einar Bjoerndalen in France for joint training, according to NRK. According to the Frenchman, it can be a useful experience for further success in the sport.
“I invited Bjoerndalen to yourself. Said how good my hometown is suitable for training. Last week, we go way back from the stadium, discussing how each of us prepares for the race. I think if you want to be the best man, you need all the time to keep learning,” He shared.
Bjoerndalen himself has not yet accepted the invitation:
“He is the best biathlete in the world. He’s just incredible. If I believe that joint training would make me better, then respond to his invitation. But I don’t want to talk about what are going to do,” said the “king of biathlon”.
We will remind, earlier iSport.ua reported that Fourcade won the last race of the season.
