The Christians of the Eastern rite Nativity fast is the last multi-day post.

Lent is a special time for a person to have analyzed your inner world, strengthened by prayer and tried to change his life. The suppression of desires, the rejection of idle time contribute to the internal focus and the work on the soul,” said managing Director of the UOC.
