Colombian Fernando Gaviria of the team Quick Step Floors has won the 13th stage race Giro d’italia.
Gaviria rode 167 km in the framework of the 13th stage in 3 hours 47 minutes 45 seconds. The second was Irishman Sam Bennett (Bora-Hansgrohe), third – Belgian yasper Steven (Trek–Segafredo).
22-year-old Gaviria, became the first Colombian, who won four stages in one Giro.
Leadership in the General classification kept the Dutchman Tom Dumoulin of team Sunweb – 56 hours 28 minutes 53 seconds. The second is the Colombian Nair Quintana (delay 2 minutes, 23 seconds) of Movistar, third – Dutchman bauke Mollema (+2.38) of Trek-Segafredo.
