At the meeting of foreign Ministers of “Norman Quartet”, a question was raised about the illegal detention of teenagers in the occupied territories. This was during a briefing following the meeting, which was broadcast channel “112 Ukraine” said the Deputy speaker of Parliament Irina Gerashchenko.
Gerashchenko said that the humanitarian aspect was in the focus the lion’s share of today’s meeting.
“The Minister raised the issue of the inadmissibility of detention of teenagers under fake pretenses. In ORDO said that some people like in the form of a battalion “AZOV” ran in the Donetsk and recruited children … These children were detained for several months and keep these five teenagers, one released in the occupied Donbas. The Minister has sharply raised the question that the children, teenagers living with their parents in the occupied territories, to let them go home. This is an important humanitarian aspect”, – said Gerashchenko.
Earlier it was reported that members of the so-called “Ministry of state security” (MGB) of the self-proclaimed “LNR” announced the alleged arrest in Lugansk, leaders of the “underground group” the regiment of special purpose “Azov”.
In turn, the regiment “Azov” has denied the information about the involvement of adolescents to their organization.
