Germany handed over to OSCE observers in Ukraine for three thermal imaging cameras.
Special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine received a thermal imaging camera from the German government. About it reports a press-service of the OSCE in Facebook.
“The contribution has three thermal imaging cameras, which will be sent to Eastern Ukraine to command the SMM began to use them in the near future”, – stated in the message.
Head of SMM Apakan to Arturo thanked Germany for the contributions and support of the work of the OSCE on the way towards stabilization and normalization of situation in Ukraine
“We are grateful to the German government for this generous contribution which will complement the work of more than 600 observers Mission in the Donbas. The camera will allow to expand opportunities of the OSCE SMM to monitor and verify the implementation of the Minsk agreements,” he said.
