Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman believes that next year, Ukraine needs to start a full-fledged economic growth. The Premier wrote on his page in Facebook, commenting on a future vote of the Parliament for the budget-2017.
“Approaching a time when the Verkhovna Rada should take a decision on the state budget-2017. The government has identified priorities for the next year. Ukraine begins to emerge from the crisis and 2017 should be the beginning of full-fledged economic growth. The effect of this growth should be a real increase in the standard of living of our citizens”, – said the Prime Minister.
According to him, the estimates are laid as incentives for economic development and increased spending on education, health and culture. “It’s an honest and realistic budget and I believe in responsible voting in the Verkhovna Rada”, – said Groisman.
Note, Parliament speaker Andrew paruby believes that the Parliament can adopt the budget on December 8th.
Earlier Parubiy said 6-9 December, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider in the second reading the draft law No. 5000 on the state budget for 2017.
Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman stated earlier that the draft budget must be adopted before December 26.
