The speaker of the Parliament Volodymyr Groysman said that the deputies Firsova and Tomenko themselves out of the PPB faction. The head of the Parliament said in exclusive comments to the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
“The Constitution provides that a Deputy may be deprived of his position, if he is alone or not included into fraction according to which lists they are elected, or resigned from this faction. As for Firsov and deputies Tomenko, they left the faction, and that was the reason that the Congress party has decided. With regard to MPs who have been excluded from the “Samopomochi”, it was a process of elimination, they just didn’t go. Therefore, had the status and could be independent. In this case, two different approaches from the point of view of reasons that require a legal assessment”, – said Groisman.
