In Lviv, the commander of the patrol force of the city Roman Borisenko beat your slave, police Lieutenant Vitaly Zankovskogo. This was reported by the chief inspector of the office for human rights of the National police of Ukraine Oksana Sanagursky, reports ZAXID.net.
With reference to the words Sanagursky the cause of the incident was “personal animosity” between Borisenko and Cendrowski. It is also reported that in fact fights criminal proceedings, and Roman Borisenko removed from service.
The incident between police officers occurred November 23. Based on the report of Zankovskogo, while on patrol with a partner on the street Mechnikov in Lviv, they drove the Roman Borisenko. Asking Zankovskogo to depart with him in the side, Borisenko twice hit his hand to his face and leg in the thigh.
After examinations by doctors who recorded the beating, Cendrowski November 25, sent a statement about the beating in the Lychakiv district police station.
The incident was confirmed in the patrol police in Lviv, in particular the Deputy head of patrol police in Lviv Maxim Pidbolyachny.
“The conflict between the Manager and subordinate during the duty had taken place. This fact soon became known as service monitoring and management”, – said Maxim Pidbolyachny.
Upon beating the patrol initiated an internal investigation, Roman Borisenko during the investigation was removed from office.
“Prior to the completion of the internal investigation any comments in fact probably unnecessary,” he added.
