Following the meeting in the Normandy format have not reached agreement on all principal issues.
In Minsk are unable to agree on the road map of Donbass, nor the control of the OSCE uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian border, nor about the possibility of holding elections.
This was after a meeting in the Normandy format said the Minister of foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin.
“There is agreement on all fundamental issues. And it will probably be right. There is no agreement on the issue of control and effective monitoring by the OSCE uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian border”, – said Klimkin.
He also noted that the discussion on “Road map” solution to the conflict in the Donbas Bulla brief and superficial.
“Discussion on the logic of the road map, unfortunately, was rather short, as the Russian side does not agree on key priorities,” he said.
Klimkin also said that during the meeting actually discussed the security issues in the elections in the Donbass.
“We actually did not touch the question of how to ensure the actual security of the elections. Now there is no situation, even minimal,” – said the Minister.
Earlier it was reported about the desire of Poland to participate in negotiations on Ukraine.
