Industrial production in Ukraine in October 2016 rose by 0.8% compared to the same month of 2015, while in September the figure was 2% in August and 3.4%. This is evidenced by the State statistics service.
According to the new form of data presentation, the Department clarifies that, with the correction for the effect of calendar days, industrial production in October versus October of last year increased by 1.6% compared with 2.2% in September and 1.5% in August.
In General, over the ten months of 2016, growth in industry slowed to 1.9% from 2%, where he stayed for the first eight and nine months.
Also in Department noted that in October in relation to September of the current year industrial production increased by 5.7%, but taking into account the seasonal factor decreased by 0.4%.
While in the state statistics like to remind you that in January 2015 the decline in January-October 2014 was 14.9% and in General over the past year, industrial production in Ukraine decreased by 13.4%, while in 2014 – by 10.1%, in 2013 – 4.7%, in 2012 – by 0.5%.
We will remind, the Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman expects growth of industrial production at 1.2% through 2016.
