Members of Parliament took this decision early.

In Crimea, the local Parliament prematurely canceled earlier, a moratorium on real estate transactions within the 100-metre coastal zone.

Temporary restrictions on real estate transactions was valid until 1 February 2017. In particular, was denied state registration of the right of ownership of individuals and legal entities (except state and municipal enterprises and institutions) for properties wholly or partially located within 100 meters from the coastline of the Black and Azov seas.

Later on the decision was made to protest the acting Prosecutor of the Republic as contradicting the law.

“To satisfy the protest of the acting Prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea… to Recognize become invalid the decision of the state Council of the Republic of Crimea “On issues of the registration of real estate along the coastline of the Black and Azov seas”, – says the decision, adopted at the session of the Crimean Parliament.

The adopted resolution will be forwarded to the acting Prosecutor of the Republic Andrey Fomin.

As reported Корреспондент.neton 21 September 2016, the Parliament of Crimea has imposed temporary restrictions on real estate transactions within the 100-metre coastal zone.
