The investigation program “Slidstvo.info” Dmitry Gnap and Alexander Humeniuk alleged illegal business of the wife of the head of the Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine Igor Cobranza Natalia in the exclusion zone based on incorrect facts. This is reported by Ukrainian news, citing the State Agency for exclusion zone management (GAS).

Journalists “Slidstvo.info” said that Natalia is one of the founders of “Eniwa”, which allegedly doing illegal business in the Chernobyl zone. The company works with the 2014 year, it produces wood pellets, the production is located in the village of vil’cha in the Chernobyl zone.

In the investigation said that the firm “Eniwa” is not in the list of the 71 companies that have authorisation to operate in the Chernobyl zone.

The State Agency on exclusion zone management said that the company was not supposed to apply for permission, because it works outside of the exclusion zone.

“Given the appeal of the representatives of the media, which today approached us with a request to comment on information about activities of “Eniwa” in the exclusion zone, it is necessary for clarification. In the village Vilcha the performance of local councils is not suspended, and the territory not transferred to the state administration of GAS, the territory is Polesie district state administration of Kyiv region. Since OOO “Eniwa” working outside the exclusion zone, then there is no need to obtain a special permit for activities in the exclusion zone,” – said the Agency.

Anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings on the possible unjust enrichment of the leader of Radical party Oleg Lyashko.
