Russian special services are trying to destabilize the situation in Ukraine, creating the so-called pseudohermitian community. This was stated by the chief of head Department SBU in Kiev and Kiev region Colonel Stepan Greshchuk in an interview with “Today“.
As noted Greshchuk, nothing to do with the law of Ukraine on local self-government or the distribution of powers between Central and local authorities, these communities do not have, and exist only on paper.
“On behalf of certain individuals who call themselves commissioners of territorial communities, a kind of center are prepared and sent letters to almost all the authorities are local councils with the aim of diverting them from performing their functions. And among the population this will sow confusion in the issue of creating territorial communities. They are involved in your process a separate group of citizens who are conditionally appointed to the posts of heads of land resources and other departments, produce forms, seals and other attributes of power. All this is formal,” he told greshchuk.

SBU also aware of the facts of the call for separatism in social networks, but according to the chief of head Department SBU in Kiev in recent times, such cases are rare, mass vote.
