Poroshenko signed a law that allows you to enter into electronic contracts
Conclusion of foreign economic contracts will be possible not only in writing but also in electronic form.
President Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on elimination of administrative barriers to export of services under which the country is moving to electronic contracts.
“Moving from e-procurement to electronic contracts. Finally it happened”, – quotes the President his press-service.
The law will allow to conclude contracts on export of services in electronic form, and also prohibits banks to require a translation of English documents into the Ukrainian language.
The document also replaces the mandatory for the passage of currency control, it bears signatures and seals of the foreign economic agreement and the certificate of completion for the electronically signed invoice.
All this, according to Poroshenko, will promote the development of the IT industry and the market of freelancers.
We will remind, electronic procurement system in Ukraine mentioned by the President was mandatory for government agencies in the country from 1 August.
