The founders of the center claim that it is unique not only in Ukraine but all over the world.

Nauchno-PROIZVODSTVENNOE Obedinenie Avia in cooperation with the state-run company Ukrspetseksport has opened an advanced centre for training of pilots and crews of helicopters, the press service of Ukroboronprom, which includes UkrSpetsExport.

In the centre to train pilots and crews of helicopters Mi-8MTV, Mi-17v5, Mi-171SH, Mi-24 Air force and army aviation Armed forces of Ukraine and other interested law enforcement agencies.

“Training facilities included the latest developments in the field of pilot training, and his heart became the modern high-level simulator for FFS level D according to international certification. The combination of modern technology and the type of helicopter makes it unique not only in Ukraine but all over the world. This is with 100% accuracy to pass all aspects of real flight, the behavior of the machine under different conditions and flight situations”, – stated in the message.

Features of the complex allow pilots to improve their skills, to practice the technique under difficult weather conditions, to automate actions in emergency situations to gain the skills of flight with night vision goggles and use of weapons and the use of modern elements of protection from air defense of the enemy.

“Especially for the Ministry of defense of Ukraine has already developed about 20 training programs for flight crews on the Mi – from cadet training to hone flying skills to professional pilots with extensive experience”, – said Deputy General Director for aviation and production, Ukroboronprom, Vladimir Korobov.

Now the developers of the new centre is expected from the Ministry of defense of solutions to raise its capacity in the training of the Ukrainian pilots.
