The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin called a possible date of the meeting of heads of ministries of foreign Affairs of the countries “Norman four” on November 29. He said this to journalists after a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, writes “Interfax-Ukraine”.
“We are discussing this date. I recently had a conversation with Frank-Walter Steinmeier, we have identified as possible next date – 29 November,” – said Klimkin.
Klimkin hopes for progress in the coming days on the issue of access of the International Committee of the red cross on the uncontrolled territory.

Recall, November 21, in the administration of the Ukrainian President reported that Poroshenko have agreed on the phone with German Chancellor Angela Merkel hold a meeting of foreign Ministers of the countries “Norman Quartet” in late November. The German foreign Ministry declared the emergency Ministerial meeting “channel four”.
However, the foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov has declared that does not see the possibility of a meeting of foreign Ministers in “channel format”, because it has not yet been agreed “road map” to resolve the conflict in the Donbass.
