Until the morning a former national MP will be in jail.
The ex-people’s Deputy Mykola Martynenko, which previously detained the detectives NAB, has already declared suspicion, reports 112 Ukraina.
It is noted that today, April 20, Martynenko will be taken to jail, where he will stay until the trial.
According to the channel, the ex-MP is still in office NABOO. Lawyers for Martynenko said that the suspicion he already handed over and after that he will go to jail. Also they assume that tomorrow will be the court that their client will choose a measure of restraint.
Later, the chief of Department on work with mass media and public NABOO Oksana Mytnytska at the briefing confirmed the reports of suspicion Martynenko.
“Reported suspicions, now the question on election of a preventive measure. A petition will be filed in court in the morning,” said Manicka.
The representative of NABOO also indicated that Martynenko until the morning will be in jail, but declined to specify which one.
Recall that in the NAB said that Martynenko was detained within investigation of criminal case upon plunder of means of state enterprise Eastern mining and processing plant.
