The shareholders elected a new Supervisory Board and audit Commission.

The shareholders of Ukrnafta stopped powers of members of the Supervisory Board Igor Kolomoisky, Gennady Bogolyubov, Mikhail Kiperman, Igor Palitsa, Peter Carpenter and Sergei Pereloma. As the press service of the company, the shareholders heard, took note of the report of the Board for 2015 and 2016 and adopted the reports of the Supervisory Board of the company over the years.

The work of the Supervisory Board for the 2015 and 2016 satisfactory also taken note of the work of the audit Commission during the same period.

The shareholders also elected the new composition of the Supervisory Board, which included: Andrey Korolev (head of the Supervisory Board), Sergey Conover, Yuriy Vitrenko, Konstantin Pozhidayev, Yaroslav Teklyuk, Polina Zagnitko, Vladimir Emtsev, Maxim Yukhimenko, Yevgeny Lazorenko, Uriel Zvi Leiber (Uriel Tzvi Laber) Maria Pitta (Pitta Maria).

Additionally, the Ukrnafta shareholders approved the new composition of the audit Commission: Elena Korotchuk (head of the audit Committee), Andriy Takhtay, Eduard Shevchenko, Olga Andriyashina, Denis Povoljno.

Note, Naftogaz of Ukraine owns 50%+1 share in Ukrnafta, and companies within the sphere of influence Privat group of Kolomoisky, about 42%.

As reported, in 2016, a net loss of Ukrnafta rose by 60.6 percent to 8 billion 739,3 million.
