Parliament intends to convey to the Ministry of Finance of the informational used by the fiscal authorities

Deputies at the session of the Verkhovna Rada

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the first reading the government draft law No. 5369 on amendments to the Customs code regarding the information, telecommunication and information telecommunication systems and their means of support. The project is proposed to transfer from the State fiscal service (GFS) in the Ministry of Finance information, telecommunication and information-telecommunication systems and their means of support used by authorities of revenues and duties, with a view to their further support and administration Ministry of Finance and the use of the State fiscal service.

The bill also clarifies codes in accordance with Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity of the special means of individual protection with the purpose of elimination of the grounds for ambiguous interpretation of existing provisions of the Customs code on the importation of yarns, fabrics and materials for the production of special equipment of individual protection (helmets, body armor).

As in the case of bill No. 5368, head of the VR Committee on taxation and customs policy Nina Southerner insisted on the adoption of the document as a basis and in entirety with consideration of proposals of the Committee, but against it actively protested by many parliamentarians. After several unsuccessful attempts to take No. 5369 based on the speaker Andriy Parubiy promised to immediately put it to the vote as a whole in the wording of the Committee if Parliament first approves the project. In the end, deputies supported the draft law in principle, but refused to accept it as a whole (126 votes with 226 required).

We will remind, today the Parliament adopted the bill No. 5368 on amendments to the Tax code, which, in particular, it is proposed to introduce e-tax office. Both of these document No. 5368 and 5369 – enter the number of documents required for the adoption of the state budget of Ukraine for 2017
