Recall President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko following the meeting in the “channel format”, said that Germany, France and Russia supported the idea of placing armed of the OSCE mission on the Ukrainian-controlled parts of the Donbass, including along the border with Russia, to ensure training for the upcoming local elections, “when security conditions will permit the holding of these elections.”
