Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office has not found grounds to investigate a possible illicit enrichment or Declaration of false information former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. This is reported by “Ukrainian news”.

The anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office conducted additional testing and analyzed the documents about the size and sources of income received Shokin during the period from 2002 to 2016, the documents on the transfer of property rights, the audit materials of the State fiscal service about the reliability of the information specified in the Declaration on property, incomes, expenses and obligations of financial nature.

“At this point evidence and grounds to investigate the facts of illegal enrichment (article 368-2 of the Criminal code), or Declaration of false information (article 366-1 of the Criminal code),” – said in the document SAP.

In addition, spectaculator found that all the declared data for 2013-2015 checked by the competent bodies, the legal term and meet formally Shokin received income from sources in Ukraine.

We will remind, earlier journalists of the program “Schemes” reported that Shokin is in a civil marriage with the Deputy chief physician of the Kiev hospital “Feofania” Oxana Grinevich, and has three children. The author of the program notes that it gave the ability to hide Shokin in the Declaration a number of property. It became known that ed bought a house in an elite area of Prague. She also owns several plots of land and a house of almost 300 sqm in the village of Pyliava in Kiev region.

In turn Shokin denied this information. Ex-attorney General called customized material investigation of journalists and promised to file a lawsuit against the authors of the investigation.
