The security service of Ukraine (SBU) did not receive recordings of allegedly intercepted telephone conversations of the leadership of the national Bank. This broadcast channel “112 Ukraine” said the head of the office of the head of Department Alexander Tkachuk.
“Don’t have (flash drive with recordings of intercepted telephone conversations by the national Bank – ed). Many days there is talk about some records that allegedly prove certain facts. It would be logical to immediately transmit them to the security service or other law enforcement agencies. But today, the SBU has not received any materials,” he said.
According to Tkachuk, security service of Ukraine in all possible ways tried to contact the people’s Deputy Evgeny Musaevym, which seemed to have relevant records, but there was no answer. “We will wait and Murewa these films in the future. If the materials we received, we will examine them for authenticity. In case of confirmation will analyze the content of the conversation, and if they are not fabricated, will check if they legally obtained,” he said.
Tkachuk said that no court will take the evidence into consideration, if they were illegally obtained.
“From what we got from the media, this information gives reason to the result register proceedings under two articles of the criminal code: it is a violation of the secrecy of correspondence, telephone conversations and illegal use spetstechsteclo, this article 163 and 359. If the examination fails to confirm the authenticity of the conversations, the production will be closed,” he added.

Earlier, the police carried out searches at Rozhkova in the investigation of the bankruptcy of the Bank “Michael”. In NBU said that this is another act of pressure on the officials of the NBU.
