SBU does not exclude that the detention of so-called “saboteurs” in the Crimea were unsuccessful attempts of recruitment. At the briefing, which was broadcast channel “112 Ukraine”, said the chief of staff of the SBU Oleksandr Tkachuk.

“Today, our service does not exclude that all those high-profile arrest, which reports to the Russian FSB from the Crimea, in fact it is just a failed attempt of recruitment of citizens of Ukraine. In order to show their alleged power, the Russian security services are implementing the threats that they represent to our citizens during their stay on the territory of Crimea,” – said Tkachuk.

Yesterday it was reported that in the occupied Sevastopol detained the former employee of the headquarters of the black sea fleet of the Russian Federation Leonid Parkhomenko, who allegedly performed the task of the Main intelligence Directorate of the defense Ministry of Ukraine.

Earlier, on 9 November it became known about detention in the Crimea, two Ukrainians, who are suspected of allegedly planning acts of sabotage on strategic facilities on the Peninsula.

Before that in the Crimea has also detained citizens of Ukraine, which is called “Ukrainian intelligence officers” who allegedly planned terrorist acts.
