Recall, the Russian Federation refused to transfer Sentsov and Kolchenko to serve his sentence at Home.

In August 2015, the North-Caucasian district military court in Rostov-on-don (Russia) sentenced Sentsov, detained in Crimea in 2014, to 20 years in a penal colony on charges of creation on the Peninsula of the terrorist community. In the same case Kolchenko was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

In early may of this year, prisoners filed the paperwork to serve their sentence in Ukraine.
