The order to disperse participants of the Euromaidan were not. This was during a press conference with ex-President Yanukovych, which was broadcast channel “112 Ukraine”, said the former commander of the internal troops of the MIA of Ukraine Stanislav Shulyak.
“I beg you, do not create some kind of illusion, the existence of some mythical order, that only happens in the movies. In military service, all the actions of all soldiers, from the ordinary soldier and ending with me, commander of the internal troops, or defense Minister, allocated clear responsibilities for every day,” he said.
“There was no such order. It can’t be, because functionally the head of state is not associated with the structures that perform these duties,” added Shulyak.

The Ministry reported that Shulyak, acting intentionally, contrary to the requirements of the legislation, not wanting to perform the duties, acting with the purpose to evade military service, voluntarily left a place of service and went on a business trip in the Eastern district.
