The son of the leader of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Cemil – Hayser released from a Russian prison, said on Twitter, his lawyer Nikolai Polozov.

Earlier Корреспондент.net reported that the court overturned the decision on the establishment of administrative supervision in respect of Hayser Cemil and recognized him as a citizen of Ukraine.
Recall that in 2013, Hayser Dzhemilev killed a friend of the family, Fevzi from the gun of the father.Ukraine sentenced him to 3 years and 8 months of imprisonment.
In 2015 in Russia has sentenced Hayser Dzhemilev – 5 years in prison, but the Supreme court then reduced the term by half a year.
In the summer of 2014 Hayser wrote the Declaration of renunciation of citizenship of the Russian Federation in Simferopol prison, the sentence of the Krasnodar regional court and the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, he is also recognized as a citizen of Ukraine.
