The Pechersky district court of Kiev chose a measure of restraint to Alexander Volkov, the suspect in the kidnapping of the people’s Deputy Igor Lutsenko and the murder of Euromaidan activist Yuri Verbitsky in 2014, in the form of detention for a period of two months.
