The Crimean Prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings in respect of the site Booking.com “for the trade stolen.” This was announced by the people’s Deputy Grigory Logvinsky.

“A Dutch company Booking.com ... actively collaborates with the gangster regime of impostors, but openly advertises, trades and sells accommodation in stolen from Ukraine sanatoriums and hotels of Crimea. The audacity comes to what permits are sold even in the “pressed” at the Verkhovna Rada and the presidential Administration sanatoriums, stealing money from the higher authorities of Ukraine. Accordingly, is an accomplice of a crime under article 332-1, 191 of UK of Ukraine”, – he wrote on his page in Facebook.

Legwinski has also published the response of the Prosecutor’s office, which says that in respect of the company initiated an investigation. In his opinion, access to the website may be blocked on the territory of Ukraine. In addition, according to him, the site must refund all unlawfully obtained funds.
