The AMC held six meetings in the case company Tedis Ukraine.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has fined 431,2 million trading company Tedis Ukraine (previously – Megapolis-Ukraine), which is the largest tobacco distributor in the country.

Penalties assessed for the violation in setting for traders of the prices that would have been impossible to establish under conditions of considerable competition in the market of distribution of cigarettes, and for breach in the form of a partial refusal from the sale of goods in the absence of alternative sources of acquisition, – stated in the message.

According to AMC, in August-December 2016 held six meetings on the results of the hearing, after which it was decided on penalties.

As reported Корреспондент.netin January of this year, activists blocked the cigarette distributor Megapolis-Ukraine, owned by group of companies mercury Russian oligarch Igor Kesaeva.
