Forecasts are updated taking into account the transport blockade of Donbass.
The national Bank of Ukraine will provide the International monetary Fund’s updated macroeconomic projections taking into account the transport blockade of Donbass. This was reported by press service of the NBU on his page in Facebook on Sunday, March 19.
“On Monday, 20 March 2017, will be an extraordinary meeting of the Committee of NBU on monetary policy. Updated macroeconomic forecasts are provided by IMF. Dialogue and technical consultations with the IMF are continuing,” – said in the national Bank.
The NBU said that the recent events in Ukraine require further study their potential impacts on the economy and incorporating them into macroeconomic projections of the programme of cooperation with the IMF.
Recall that in early March, the head of the NBU Valery Gontareva said that “all issues solved with the IMF”.
