We will remind, on March 17, Russia gave 12 convicts from the penitentiary institutions of the Crimea for further punishment in Ukraine. The transfer took place at a checkpoint nekhoteevka-hoptivka Belgorod region.

As stated by the Commissioner for human rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova, the Ukrainian prisoners no claims to the Russian side.

“With the transfer of prisoners each asked the Ukrainian side, whether there are claims to the Russian side. All said no,” said the official.

In turn, Mikhail Chaplya, a representative of the Ombudsman of Ukraine Valeria Lutkovskaya, also confirmed that the transfer took place without any complications.

“Claims to the transfer process no, everything was at the highest level”, – said Chaplyga. He also expressed gratitude for “cooperation and assistance” the leader of the public movement Ukrainian choice – the Right of the people Viktor Medvedchuk.

Tatiana Moskalkova also noted that Viktor Medvedchuk is having “grave humanitarian assistance in moving persons with Ukrainian citizenship or Russian citizenship.”

As previously reported, on March 15, broke the transfer to Ukraine of 15 prisoners, which are on the uncontrolled territory of the DNI.
