The Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expressed doubt that prior to November 29 will be able to agree on all parameters of the “road map” for the Donbas, but Moscow will make all efforts. He stated this at a press conference following talks with foreign Minister Pham Binh minem, transfer “RIA Novosti”.
“I doubt that prior to November 29, it will be possible to agree in all respects, although we do everything we can, but again on the basis of those understandings, which were reached by the leaders,” – said Lavrov.

He also added that “there remains a serious risk that it could be “a meeting for the sake of meeting”.
“However, if the rest of my colleagues in the “Normandy format” are ready to take that risk, well, we’ll go to Minsk on 29 November,” – said Lavrov.
