Svyatoshinsky district court of Kyiv on December 2 will hold a videoconference questioning of former commander of the internal troops of the Ministry of internal Affairs Stanislav Shulyak. The decision was announced after adjournment of the meeting, which was broadcast channel “112 Ukraine”.
The interrogation is scheduled for 13:00 Moscow time (14:00 on Moscow).
“The Rostov regional court is ready to execute the order on legal assistance of your court on 2 December from 14:00 Moscow time. Currently, I am directing the Secretary of the court session about the need to notify the witness Shulyak necessity to appear December 2 at 14:00,” announced the judge of the Rostov court.
In addition, the day before, December 1 at 11:30 will host the next session of the court without the establishment of video communication with Rostov.
“The next meeting in this plane in this order is appointed by the court on 13:00 December 2, 2016. However, the court informs that the pre-determined schedule us the current trial is scheduled for December 1 at 11:30, we have scheduled the questioning of the victim”, – stated in the decision of the Svyatoshinskiy district court.
In the Svyatoshinsky court of Kiev today, November 28, continued the hearing in the case of five former employees of special division “Berkut”, which interrogated the ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych as a witness via video calling with the Rostov regional court.
