This is a gross violation of international law “, − said the Deputy Minister.

He also added that the Russian authorities block in the annexed Crimea the Ukrainian sites for the study of the Ukrainian language, literature, history, and preparation for entry into educational institutions of Ukraine.

Previously Tuck said that Ukraine needs to establish a dictatorship, as the current system of government cannot lead the country out of crisis.
