Basmanny court of Moscow extended the term of arrest of Ukrainian confectionery Corporation Roshen in the Russian city of Lipetsk. This was reported by the press service of Roshen Monday, March 11.

It is noted that at the request of the investigator the term of provisional arrest of 12 properties, extended to June 13, 2019.

“As court allows the plant to exploit the seized property, but illegal to sell it or to rent out. Under arrest continue to be the finished goods warehouse, four workshops, and a utility building housing, and seven land plots with a total area of 700 thousand square meters”, – stated in the message.

The Roshen reminded that from 1 April 2017 at the Lipetsk factory stopped production. Also their activities stopped trading house and warehouse of finished products. The capacity of the factory canned. Ukrainian Roshen products are not officially imported to the territory of Russia since 2013.

It was also reported that in 2018 the Kiev confectionary factory Roshen increased net profit by four times compared to 2017 year – on-year to 11.1 million.
