AMCU allowed the Swiss company to acquire the shares of “Rosneft” in Ukraine

The Antimonopoly Committee (AMCU) has allowed the acquisition of the Swiss company of shares of “Rosneft” in Ukraine. About it reports a press-Department service.

“Given the company permission Glusco Energy Sa (Geneva, Switzerland) for the purchase of shares of the company Rosneft Management Company Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus), which provides excess of 50% of votes in the Supreme management body of the company”, – stated in the decision of the Committee.

The network of filling stations of “Rosneft” in Ukraine belongs to “the East” and has 141 properties in 12 regions of Ukraine, working under the trademarks Formula, TNK, “Golden Guepard”, “Smile”.

The business of “Rosneft” in Ukraine, also includes the operator of the wholesale supply of oil products the company “TNK-industries Ukraine” and refinery “LINIK” (Lisichansk, Lugansk region), which was shut down in early 2012.

As noted by Interfax, Rosneft Management Company Ltd and Fargrade Ltd. are the owners of OOO “Vostok” (Kyiv), which is decorated right of ownership of the Ukrainian network of petrol stations “Rosneft”.

Lisichansk refinery is the youngest of the Ukrainian oil refineries. Its total capacity is about 7 million tons of crude oil per year. The plant is able to produce fuel of Euro-4 standard, and parties DT Euro-5 standard. The venture was halted in 2012 due to losses.
