According to him, it is well established that the person trying to pass off as the driver of the Mercedes, which led to the death of 30-year-old Lviv resident, this is not the person who was actually driving.
Gerashchenko said that was made the DNA from the airbag and DNA examination Damanskogo from his home and personal belongings.
“We have the DNA of the man who was driving and hit his face in the pillow. Searches were conducted at the place of work and place of residence Damanskogo, seized household items to detect traces of his DNA and compare with those that are on the pillow,” – said the MP.
He added that the investigation phase is still ongoing, but it is already possible to name the culprit.
“Judging by the fact that Dyminsky for 2 months in hiding abroad, I think for many the answer is obvious – we know who was driving,” – said Gerashchenko.
The MP said that we are preparing documents for the official reporting of the suspected perpetrator of a fatal accident.
“As for his guards, who were in the jeep, they also abscond, which wants to question them as witnesses. This also indirectly makes it clear who was driving,” – said Gerashchenko.
Recall, 18 August, on the road Lviv-Krakovets Damanskogo Mercedes crashed into Opel the 31-year-old woman made a turn according to the rules of the road. Natalia Trila died on the spot.
The culprit called himself the guard Damanskogo Andrew Borsch, who usually travels in a motorcade auto protection businessperson.
