Artek has invited the rest of the children escaped from the cave in Thailand

The administration of the children’s center has offered Thailand tours for rescued from the caves of members of the football team.

International children’s center Artek was invited to rest in the Crimea rescued from the caves of Tham Luang teen Thai Junior football team. On Wednesday, August 15, said the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, RIA Novosti reported.

“In order to help children in rehabilitation and for the shown strong-willed qualities of character and perseverance, and the struggle for life in appalling and dreadful conditions, the Director of the Artek Alexey Kasprzhak invited the children to Artek”, – said Zakharov.

“The children of whom I said, will be allocated to international tours in the international quota. Our Embassy (in Thailand) in the coming days will come into contact with the local party in order to pass this invitation to talk about this decision more details and specifically”, – said Zakharov.

“The invitation is directed, the answer is we still get no time. We are ready to accept children at any time convenient for them”, – said the Director of the center Kasprzhak.

He reminded that the center is open year-round, so if a positive decision of the children and their parents they will be able to come to Crimea at any convenient shift.

Recall that in late June, a children’s football team with the coach disappeared in the cave Khao Luang in Northern Thailand.

Adolescents were cut off from access due to heavy rains which partially flooded the cave. They were found nine days later with the help of Thai divers and international experts.

In total children spent trapped over two weeks until they managed to bring to the surface.

After discharge from the hospital, almost all saved teenagers to become novices in a Buddhist monastery.
