Special envoy of the US state Department in Ukraine Kurt Volker is preparing theses to the resolution on the introduction of peacekeeping forces into the occupied territory of Donbass. On Saturday, 28 October, said the people’s Deputy from Pro-presidential faction Volodymyr Ariev, reports the press service of the BPP.

“The most important thing today from Kurt Volker: it is possible that before the end of the year will be a UN security Council resolution on the peacekeeping mission in the Donbas. The thesis he is preparing,” said the Ariev.

According to him, the main thesis, which previously announced Walker are: control of blue helmets of the Ukrainian-Russian border in the Donbas and their access to locations of heavy equipment; the attitude of the Russian Federation to the law on the reintegration of Donbass, where it is labelled as the aggressor; Ukraine is the only party of all, which shows commitment to the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which Russia recognizes the; change in the approach of the Russian leadership, from a purely military to a political – shift of the current leadership of Ukraine is more friendly to Moscow; the provision of Ukraine lethal weapons.

“Actually, so long. You see that a person charged on the result. The conversation was very interesting”, – Aryev told about the meeting with the representative of the state Department.

As reported, Walker welcomed a meeting with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and was pleased with the visit to Ukraine.
