In the areas we need to leave 80% of the money earned. This will give us new jobs, respectively, we will be able to raise salaries, pensions and to increase exports by 66%, and this means the increase in the level of foreign exchange earnings to our country.”

The Deputy of Zaporizhzhya regional Council, Andrei Kushnirenko, said: “it is Necessary to transfer more powers to territorial communities, to give them the right to establish the SEZ and industrial parks without the consent of the centre, to elect governors and so forth.” Agree with him economist Vyacheslav Shutenko: “I see the decision of problems of the region: to develop and adopt the draft law on the FEZ, to initiate the redistribution of powers between the region and center. Perhaps for these initiatives will need to take an additional agreement between the region and Kiev”.
