The head of the MIA of Ukraine is currently on an official visit to the United States, where he spent a number of bilateral meetings. In particular, they discussed the creation in Ukraine of a unified international platform for combating organized crime.

The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov discussed with the Deputy U.S. Secretary of State Uess Mitchell plan for the return of Donbas and Crimea. About this Arsen Avakov said on his Twitter on Tuesday evening, April 17.

“With U.S. Undersecretary of state for Europe and Eurasia Uess Mitchell have discussed the plan for the return of Donbass and Crimea strategy step by step, and the creation in Ukraine of a unified international platform for combating organized crime, especially the Russian crime,” wrote the Minister.

Also Avakov thanked Mitchell for her principled stance in the issue of the inadmissibility of implementation of the “Nord stream-2”.

Earlier Avakov said that the interior Ministry of Ukraine is preparing for de-occupation of Donbass – is considering several options for the development of the script.
