Balihu finally denied release

Балуху окончательно отказали в освобождении

Vladimir Baluku refused the appeal

The highest instance of the judiciary in the annexed Crimea has denied Ukrainian appeals from denial of PAROLE.

The so-called “Supreme court of the Crimea” on Monday, September 10, refused a Ukrainian prisoner Vladimir Baluku satisfaction of the appeal complaint to refusal in the other court, parole, reports Crimea.Realities.

It is noted that the activist had participated in the meeting via video link from prison.

In July, the Russian-controlled Railway district court of Simferopol rejected the review petition of the lawyer of Olga Dinze about parole Ukrainian activist Volodymyr Baluja according to the first sentence, in which Baloha was sentenced to 3 years and 4 months imprisonment.

At the beginning of the trial the Prosecutor Denis Mishkin filed a motion to dismiss the petition for PAROLE on the first sentence, as has already been imposed a new sentence of 5 years imprisonment, which does not provide for parole. Judge Dmitry Mikhailov has satisfied the petition of the Prosecutor.

As is known, on March 19 Baluch announced an indefinite hunger strike in the Crimean prison.
