Among other powers Gladkovsky were involved in the implementation of measures to monitor the implementation of Central and local Executive bodies of the decisions of the national security Council, enacted by presidential decree; guide the work of the Interdepartmental Commission on policy of military-technical cooperation and export controls; participation in international cooperation on the functioning of the military-industrial complex, military-technical cooperation and export control.
