Automated Parking is an important step on the way to Autonomous driving
With a smartphone, the driver can automatically Park the car.
The German company Bosch and Daimler demonstrated the unmanned Parking a vehicle in real conditions in the Parking lot of the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart. According to a press release from Bosch, now with a smartphone, the driver can automatically Park the car in the right place, not while monitoring his movements.

This project is the world’s first infrastructure solution for a fully automated service Parking cars in real life with drivers or without. With the beginning of 2018, visitors will be able to try out this service in the Parking lot of the Museum after approval from the regulatory authorities.
Automated Parking is an important step towards Autonomous driving. Its creation was made possible by the cooperation of the infrastructure intelligent Parking system from Bosch and automotive technology Mercedes-Benz.
