Bulgarians and Gagauz people have the right to nissanskyline.

At the same time the kiss did not see any possibility now to grant autonomy to the Crimean Tatars.

Verkhovna Rada Deputy from the “Renaissance”, President of Association of Bulgarians of Ukraine Anton Kisse said about the necessity of granting national-cultural autonomy of small Nations of Ukraine according to a widely accepted European practice.

According to the MP, Bulgarians, Gagauz, Moldovans and other ethnic groups, and in particular compactly living in the Odessa region, also have the right to national self-preservation, reports the Voice.

This format of work is in complete harmony with the experience of Europe, said the MP, commenting on the proposal of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko about the necessity of amending the Constitution to create the autonomy of the Crimean Tatars on the Crimean Peninsula.

“This is the form that occurs in many countries, primarily European. This just expands the possibilities of culture and language in those areas where there is appropriate national-cultural autonomy”, – said the MP.

Although, according to Kisse, “the word autonomy has become such a bogey at the present time”.

“Any innovation and the word autonomy is from the shooting. We have to work through it and time has to come. But we’re not going anywhere. All passed these stages. All of Europe, the whole world operates on this format, we have a worse and worse economy. But to give such preferences, to enable the depressed regions to create jobs – this is the road we must go,” he said.

At the same time, the kiss expressed surprise at the proposal Poroshenko on granting autonomy to the Crimean Tatars.

“I don’t see the possibility of making the corresponding article in the Constitution of Ukraine. I don’t see the mechanism of implementation of this speech, the proposal. The situation that now in Ukraine – not the time or the hour to make such changes because it may provoke tensions. This is necessary to nobody”, – concluded the kiss.
