Chernovetsky: do Not look for me there, where I’m not

Черновецкий: Не ищите меня там, где меня нет

Chernovetsky responded to the announcement of its SBU wanted

The ex-mayor of Kyiv responded to the announcement in search.

The ex-mayor of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky has advised the security Service of Ukraine, which declared it wanted, not to look for it where there is none. About this Chernovetsky wrote on his official page in social network Facebook.

According to him, he reported his address to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine.

“I never hid from law enforcement, and they know where to find me. My lawyers a long time ago has submitted information about my address in Prosecutor’s office. I, as a lawyer, did not understand why I was declared wanted in Ukraine, where I live! In Ukraine, I was there for almost 6 years and before you declare me in Ukraine during the investigation, the SBU had to ask the prosecutors and my lawyers where I am. Why do I look where I go!” – wrote the former mayor of Kiev.

Chernovetsky also suggested that Yuriy Lutsenko forgot to tell SBU that he had received official documents about egotastical whereabouts.

“Why so thoughtless and senseless to use a public resource?” – asked the ex-mayor.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that the SBU is looking for Chernovetsky as a fugitive from prosecution.
