In China continue to explore new lists of goods that will not be subject to duties

The Chinese government decided on September 17 to remove the additional fee 25% for 16 categories of goods from the US and Canada. The list is published on the website of the Chinese Ministry of Finance on Wednesday, September 11.

“With the approval of the state Council Committee for tariffs and fees published the first list of goods that will be excluded from the first series of additional duties on American goods”, – is spoken in the message.

Products were divided into two groups and two separate documents. On what principle, is not specified. In the first list, the shrimp ROE, lubricants and tools, fish meal for feeding cattle, medicines, medical linear accelerators, the different technical of lubrication, mineral oil and other products. Second, some types of lubricating oils, serum of cattle and isoparaffin solvents.

The list does not included an important article of the American export – soy beans, pork and corn.

Committee on tariffs and fees continues to consider the new list of goods that will not be subject to duties. New exceptions will be announced later.

The document will come into force on 17 September and will be valid for one year. Already paid fees for the first list of goods Beijing will reimburse Washington. For compensation of the companies-importers have six months to apply to the customs authorities. Payment for the goods from the second list will not be made.
